The Holiday Wreath & Greens Sale, held December 6, 2025, at the Easton Historical Society & Museum was a complete success! Many thanks to all the EGC volunteers and to all the community members who supported this event.

Fall Floral Workshop at the Easton Council on Aging, October 8, 2025. A well-attended program, making succulent arrangements in pumpkins!
A very successful Fall Plant Sale was held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Yardley Rink/Center School lot. Numerous EGC members volunteered to sell the myriad of plants available, many of which were grown in members’ own gardens.
The first general meeting of the 2025-2026 member year featured speaker Mikki Cavanaugh. The informative program was on Orchids, the growing and caring for these beautiful flowers. She brought with her an abundance of examples, which she generously gifted to the members present.
Prior to the program, Linda Thomson-Clem was presented with the silver bowl for her winning the most blue ribbons in Design during the 2024-2025 member year. (photo right)
Cindy Lemish received the pewter bowl for her winning in the Horticulture catergory for the same period. Also, Peggy Longwe received the Floribunda Award, an accolade recognizing a member who has made significant and exceptional contributions to the Club’s success and spirit through her dedication and fellowship. Five members volunteered to weed and cleanup at the Easton Town Offices on Sunday, July 27, 2025. Such good work done on a hot summer day keeping our town beautiful!

Easton Garden Club participated in the Town’s 300th Anniversary Parade on July 12, 2025. A floral-designed float was constructed by members, some of whom rode the float while others walked in front with the EGC banner.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Tricentennial Garden took place on May 17, 2025. In the left photo are Linda Thomson-Clem, the Garden Committee Chairperson (L) and Ruth Riske (R), the Landscape Designer.

These shovels were generously donated by the Ames Tools Company especially for the Groundbreaking Ceremony.
A very successful Spring Plant Sale held on May 10, 2025 at the Center School/Yardley Rink. Despite the rainy day, many folks came out and most all of the inventory sold! We always appreciate our customer’s and member’s support.
Karen O’Brien from Green Woman’s Garden presented a program “Infusing Your Life With Herbs” at our General Meeting on May 8, 2025. It included both demonstration and member participation. A very enjoyable evening!

March 13, 2025 General Meeting —- An in-house workshop “Art in Bloom”, a mini version! A group of members selected a piece of art/sculpture and interpreted it in an arrangement.
